	Dr. John Novak joined Curtice Commercial Real Estate in 2003 after retiring from his private pediatric dental practice of 22 years. He specializes in medical, dental and health related clients which is not surprising considering John’s 36 years experience in the medical field. John not only has a long term experience managing a medical office but he has also taught courses in office design, site selection, financing, and business planning at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
